Smart, Kid-Friendly 7-Year-Old Tri-Color Catahoula Leopard Hound for sale in Roseville, California

This dog is AWESOME! He is smart, goofy, and great with kids. He is a people dog. He would need to be properly introduced to any other dogs. He does very well with small dogs and cats. He particularly doesn't like pits or boxers, or dogs with brindle coloring. He was a rescue, so he may have some trauma regarding those dogs. He is house-trained, knows basic commands, although we were not the best trainers and he can be selective about following said commands. He can pull a bit when walking, so we use a harness. As a hound, he wants to be out ahead.
We are looking for a good home for him. After having a child, he has been neglected. We are not able to give him the large quantity of activity he needs. He like to be indoors, so be prepared for some training if you want to keep him outdoors. He likes to be near his people.
The cost is more for the large dog crate (which we don't use, but you may want to), and other dog stuffs.
We absolutely love this dog, and would like to maintain contact so that we could visit him occasionally, and see that he's well cared for. We really don't want to give him up, but know he needs a better home than we're able to provide him.
